Cambridge Biotherapies, which provides psychedelic therapy and other treatments for mental-health issues, recently announced the grand opening of its new facility in Beverly, Massachusetts.
The Beverly location is fully equipped to provide ketamine infusion therapy and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, according to Cambridge Biotherapies, which also has locations in Cambridge and Amherst.
The provider also said it expects the Beverly location “to be among the first of a limited number of facilities in New England to offer MDMA-assisted therapy, pending its FDA approval.”
Led by Chief Medical Officer Daniel Brenner, M.D., a Harvard-trained psychiatrist, Cambridge Biotherapies claims that it has a 70% success rate in treating depression, anxiety and other conditions.
Cambridge Biotherapies will hold a grand-opening celebration for its Beverly facility at 5:30 p.m. ET on Jan. 11.
“Attendees will learn more about the collaborative care model and innovative treatments offered at the new Beverly location,” the provider said in a news release.
