Fluence will offer discounts on its training programs to clinicians who meet network participation requirements for third-party insurance administrator Enthea.
Enthea provides workplace benefit plans for ketamine-assisted therapy. Fluence, which announced the partnership on June 26, said it will offer a 20% discount for its psychedelic therapy integration and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy certificate programs to qualifying students.
This discount has the potential to increase to 30% if the number of annual referrals from Enthea exceeds 100 participants. Enthea will consider Fluence’s advanced certificate in ketamine-assisted therapy as a top-tier training option for becoming credentialed as a member of its provider network.
This partnership arrives at a crucial time as MDMA-assisted therapy nears potential FDA approval and psilocybin services has gained legal status in Oregon and Colorado, creating urgent demand for trained practitioners in psychedelic medicine, Fluence said in a news release.
“This partnership with Enthea substantially increases access to reimbursement for services from graduates of our training programs. Patients will know that their provider, when credentialed by Enthea, has been trained to the highest industry standard, and Enthea’s client employers can rest assured their employees are getting high quality care,” said Elizabeth Nielson, cofounder and chief visionary officer of Fluence, in a news release. “By combining Enthea’s commitment to expanding access to psychedelic-assisted therapy with our expertise in training mental health.”
